Return & Warranty Policy

At Lexora Mart, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know the approval status.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, within 5-7 business days.
• Change-of-mind returns are only accepted within the 7-day window.
• Warranty coverage, where applicable, is noted individually on each product page.
